What the form sends
Pressing send passes on the name you typed, the contact or contacts you chose to give, and your message: the place concerned, what should change, the page that shows it and your link to the place. The address and language of the page you sent it from travel with it. A hidden field that people never see is there only to stop automated spam.
How messages are used
Messages are kept by a form service and read together at the next revision of the index. They serve only to check and apply what you report, and a reply goes out only when a message asks for one and leaves a contact. Names and contacts are never published, sold or passed to the club, café or organiser concerned; a correction shown on the site describes the change, not the person who sent it.
Counting visits
Visits are counted by a script served from this site's own domain. It sets no cookie and does not follow anyone onto other sites. For each page view it notes the page, the page that linked to it, and the browser, kind of device and country derived from the request, and these are only looked at as totals.
No outside trackers
The site loads no advertising, social-media or other third-party tracking code, and no outside fonts, map tiles or images. A link to a source or to a map leads to another website, which has its own privacy rules. The host that delivers these pages handles technical data such as IP addresses as far as serving them requires.
Your rights under the GDPR
To have a message you sent removed or corrected, write again through the form with the same name and contact and say what you want. The change is made in the form service at the next reading of messages; no confirmation is sent unless you ask for one and leave a contact. You may also take a complaint to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
