The only source is a guide to playing chess in Brussels published by the Brussels Chess Club and updated in March 2025. It lists chess lessons on Fridays at the cultural centre Le PAWS in Ixelles: beginners from 16:40 to 17:25 and intermediate players from 17:30 to 18:30. The programme of the association Les Arts Vifs, which runs activities at Le PAWS, read in October 2026, does not mention chess, so the lessons are not confirmed.
